AaaLoooha!! Greetings from Oahu!

We arrived at the Honolulu airport on Sunday at 1:30 pm. Picked up our luggage, and went to pick up our rental car. Around 3 pm we were on our way to our resort. By then it had been an exhausting long day, but it was all worth it. We were so excited to see our place, it is absolutely beautiful. It has so much to offer that it would be too long to post. This place has everything at your fingertips from to private lagoons to restaurants and shopping boutiques. The best of all, it has beachfront views and breathtaking scenery throughout. We love all the greenery, waterfalls, pools and the white sandy beaches and clear water, this is a dream come true. Our room is very nice and it has a small patio, where we can sit and relax and enjoy views of the beach, pool and waterfall. It is most appreciated at night when all is quiet and we are able to hear the splashing of the waves, and the waterfall, it is very relaxing to sleep to. This resort is great for families, there are lots of children throughout, and can’t wait to bring ours next time.

Here’s the low down of what we have been doing during our vacation.

Sunday- Arrived to the Marriot Ko Olina Beach Club Resort, got acquainted with the amenities it offers. Enjoyed a delicious meal and watched the beautiful sun set view from where we sat. What better than a barefoot walk on the beach, to conclude our evening in such beautiful place.

Monday- It is hard to get used to the time difference, we woke up at 4 am and couldn't go back to sleep. So we decided to start a running route that we can ran throughout this week. So our day started with a 30min jog on the beach, then went into town for breakfast and to purchase some snacks and easy fixes for our weeks stay. We have quickly learned that eating out can and will get a bit pricey, so we thought that by buying some groceries, we are able to keep some of our vacation costs down. Today was a beautiful sunny day, it was nice to lay out, and relax on the beach.
